ProACTIVE Engineering Solutions, LLC was formed in 2008 to provide supplementary MEP document peer review services to design groups in the construction business. In 2009, we added Rev't Resource to provide 3D modeling services to our clients. Our primary clients are consulting engineering firms and design/build contractors.  Located in Seattle, Washington, we work directly with our offshore partners to provide you with quality, value-oriented services with a quick turnaround time.
 
 


Tim Halder, PE, has been in the MEP design business since 1994 and has collaborated with dozens of design groups on projects ranging from cleanrooms to hospitals to lightrail stations.

Throughout his experience, he has come to realize the importance of having help when time is tight, and of having a second set of eyes review documents to improve overall quality.

In response to this need, while adhering to the three principles of timeliness, value and quality, Tim founded ProACTIVE Engineering Solutions, LLC.
