Samples of our review processes

We will scan your drawings and schedules for discrepancies, then return the same drawings and schedules to you, marked-up with discrepancy identifiers which reference an itemized discrepancy sheet.

Below you will find examples of our:
  Equipment Schedule-to-Plan Cross Reference Review
Hydronic and Air-Side System Flow and Sizing Review
  Mechanical-Electrical Coordination

 EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE-TO-PLAN CROSS-REFERENCE REVIEW - SAMPLE  RESULTS

This snapshot shows a typical marked-up CAD drawing that you might receive from us. The ProCHECK "P" identifiers shown in this drawing refer to specific discrepancies we found, and they reference the discrepancy sheet shown below. During our "Equipment Schedule-to-Plan Cross-Reference Review", we can find several different types of discrepancies including mis-labled equipment, mis-scheduled equipment, and areas where there is a lack of information. See below for the matching discrepancy sheet for this snapshot.

HYDRONIC AND AIR-SIDE FLOW AND SIZING REVIEW - SAMPLE RESULTS

We will review flow rates on all your hydronic and air-side systems to reveal potentially undersized piping or ductwork, or equipment that lacks flow rate information.

This snapshot shows another typical marked-up CAD drawing that you might receive from us. When we review your flow rates and sizes for your hydronic and air-side systems, we'll add flow rates and velocity tags to your systems. The arrows point to these tags in the snapshot below. While we complete this review, we are able to identify higher than expected velocities, and also identify equipment that is not sized or other gaps in information.

MECHANICAL-ELECTRICAL COODINATION REVIEW - SAMPLE RESULTS

We will cross reference your mechanical plans with your electrical plans and point out missing, redundant or erroneous motor references. See below for an example of a cross-reference between a mechanical and electrical plan. In this case, a roof fan shown on the mechanical plans was not inluded on the electrical power plans.

 MATCHING DISCREPANCY SPREADSHEET

We will cross-reference your mechanical equipment schedules with your electrical motor list/schedules and point out missing data or discrepancies. See below for a sample of a marked-up motor schedule.
