Q:  What are typical turn-around times to complete work orders?

A: We will send you a time estimate via email after you submit a Estimate Request Form so you have an idea of when you can expect results. We aim to complete work orders within 2-4 days of receiving a Work Order Form.

Q:  What are your rates?

Q:  Where is the work done, and by whom?

A:  All work is managed by a Professional Engineer based in Seattle, Washington.  The work itself is done overseas by a devoted team based in SE Asia.  They have been trained directly by ProACTIVE Engineering Solutions.

Q:  What if we have tasks that are not on your list of standard tasks?
