Q:  What are typical turn-around times to complete work orders?

A: We aim to complete most tasks overnight, but each project is different. We will work with you directly to develop a strategy that works for both of us.

Q:  What are your rates?

A: All of our hourly rates are extremely competitive. For standard Revit work, we charge (1) an per-upload fee, and (2) a per-component fee. An upload fee is assessed for each iteration of uploads. For customized work, including Family development, we will provide you with a specific estimate for your project.

Q:  Where is the work done, and by whom?

A:  All work is managed by a Professional Engineer based in Seattle, Washington.  The work itself is done overseas by a devoted team based in SE Asia.  They have been trained directly by ProACTIVE Engineering Solutions.

Q:  Whose templates do you use?

A:  Yours.  We ask that your company standard template is part of the .rvt file you send us each day.  That way we can be sure we are giving you consistent results.

Q:  What if we are not satisfied with your work?

A:  We want your repeat, day-to-day, project-to-project, business.  We will work with you to be sure you are getting the results you deserve.

Q:  What if we have tasks that are not on your list of standard tasks?
